We, at Ingraham Pautienus & Tidwell, PLLC, are available to serve the needs of students, parents, and teachers with education law issues.

Nicholas M. Tidwell (Nick) is a member of the Education Law Association. His father has been an educator for 36 years, almost 20 of those serving as a superintendent of schools. Nick's mother has taught for 35 years, and Nick's wife is a teacher as well. This background has resulted in an interest in education law, and we are happy to discuss the nature of the situation you may be encountering.
