Ned has been practicing law in Tennessee for more than a decade following eight years in campus ministry. Prior to joining Ingraham, Pautienus and Tidwell he worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee, as a prosecutor in the Nashville District Attorney General's office and in solo practice. He has worked as a lobbyist in the Tennessee General Assembly advocating for transparency and accountability in how Tennessee selects appellate judges. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and admitted to the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.

Ned, his wife and four children are active in their church. Away from his practice, Ned enjoys sports, politics and most of all, being a husband and father.
