David joined Ingraham, Pautienus and Tidwell in the spring of 2011. He worked for over two years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Tennessee Attorney General's Office. Prior to that, David served as a Clerk for the Honorable J.C. McLin on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee. David and his wife Christina have two daughters. They are actively involved in their church and in their local community. They have both been involved in short-term missions.
David earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis in 2004. While at the University of Memphis Law School, he served as the Editor-In-Chief of the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure, and received the Dean's Distinguished Service Award. |
